About the event

Join us for another Kalamazoo Craft Beverage Week special pairing in collaboration with The Cheese Lady of Kalamazoo!

We've selected three excellent cheeses to pair with three of our most unique beers, all accompanied by Sarkozy sour dough crackers. Here's what's in store for you:

  1. The Fool, a saison fermented with Sauvignon Blanc and Reisling grape juice, paired with Mobay, an original Wisconsin creation that combines goat and sheep's milk cheese into one block, separated by a scant layer of grapevine ash.
  2. Twin Pines IPA, featuring 100% Michigan-grown hops and malt, paired with English Challenger IPA cheddar. This aged cheddar made with English ale is surprisingly creamy and meshes perfectly with our own IPA.
  3. Bon Chien, our 12.2% ABV brandy and bourbon barrel-aged bière de garde, paired with Primma Donna, a Gouda-style cheese that combines elements of Parmesan. Sweet, nutty, caramelized flavors perfectly compliment the sugary oak character of this aged beer.

Three 5oz beer pours with three 1oz cheese samples available as a flight for $13. 

This pairing will be available through the rest of the week if supplies last, but plan to come Wednesday night to guarantee you won't miss it!
