Mimosa Sour is a moderately-hopped beer-wine hybrid that's fermented with muscat grape juice — the same juice used to make moscato.

While moscato is known for its sweetness, we ferment this beer dry to leave champagne-like notes from the grapes and a slightly bitter citrus profile — perfect for pairing with a boozy brunch.

Brewed with 100% Michigan-grown ingredients, including a healthy dose of Centennial and Crystal hops, this American IPA is crisp and bitter with flavors of resinous pine, citrus juice, and a hint of pineapple. Northern Michigan-grown barley adds just a touch of sweetness to contrast the hops, creating a well-balanced IPA that is 100% Pure Michigan.

The Fool is a French-style saison brewed with 100% Michigan-grown Pilsner malt and fermented with Sauvignon Blanc and Reisling grape juices. This blend of grape varietals lends melon and honeysuckle notes to this beer-wine hybrid that are elegantly balanced with the peppery, citrusy character imparted by the saison yeast.

You don't have to wait for a mountain rescue to sip our double barrel-aged Bière De Garde.

After maturing 12 months in a Green Door Distilling bourbon barrel, we transferred the beer to a freshly emptied apple brandy barrel to soak up the spirits. The result is complex, cascading flavors of molasses, figs, maple syrup, vanilla, and oak.

Aged in a brandy barrel from our friends across the street at Green Door Distilling, this imperial blonde beer gets its stout flavor profile from roasted cocoa beans and a touch of vanilla.

Big aromas of brandy and oak welcome you into a full-bodied beer with unique chocolate and coffee flavors that you need to experience yourself.

A robust English-style porter brewed with Michigan-grown pale malt and the best British chocolate and caramel malts, Cerberus has prominent flavors of milk chocolate, toffee, and a hint of toasted marshmallow.
