Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the earth.
- Henry David Thoreau, Walden
Making beer is a craft. There's an art to it. But it's also a lot of science.
Because we like to experiment, many of the beers we have on tap change regularly.

Mimosa Sour
Muscat Sour
ABV: 6.8%
IBU: 25
$6 - 13.5oz
$2.50 - 5oz
Mimosa Sour is a moderately-hopped beer-wine hybrid conditioned with 80 lbs of real orange purée and fermented with Muscat grape juice — the same juice used to make moscato.
While moscato is known for its sweetness, we ferment this beer dry to leave champagne-like notes from the grapes and a slightly tart, abundantly citrusy flavor profile.
Cerberus
Porter
ABV: 7.0%
IBU: 25
$6 - 16oz
$2.50 - 5oz
NITRO TAP
A robust English-style porter brewed with pale malt and the best British chocolate and caramel malts, Cerberus has prominent flavors of milk chocolate and toffee with an underlying hint of blueberry from the roast profile of the chocolate malt, which parallels berry notes present in many African coffees.
Twin Pines
American IPA
ABV: 7.2%
IBU: 65
$6 - 16oz
$2.50 - 5oz
Brewed with 100% Michigan-grown ingredients, including a healthy dose of Centennial and Crystal hops, this American IPA is crisp and bitter with flavors of resinous pine, citrus juice, and a hint of pineapple. Northern Michigan-grown barley adds just a touch of sweetness to contrast the hops, creating a well-balanced IPA that is 100% Pure Michigan.
Rosé Sour
Zinfandel Sour
ABV: 6.0%
IBU: 20
$6 - 13.5oz
$2.50 - 5oz
Brewed with Zinfandel grape juice, Rosé Sour is a beer-wine hybrid with a gorgeous ruby hue and layered notes reminiscent of tart raspberry jam.
Satisfyingly sour with a slightly tannic finish, it's easy to enjoy this rosé all day or all night.
Elani
Imperial New England Hazy IPA
ABV: 8.0%
IBU: 45
$7 - 13.5oz
$3 - 5oz
Elani is a heavy-hitter in the crowded field of hazies. It effuses pineapple, guava, nectarine, and citrus zest flavors, with a hint of coconut in the finish. Opaque orange in color, this moderately-sweet, full-bodied beer will still leave you thirsting for more.
