Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the earth.
- Henry David Thoreau, Walden
Making beer is a craft. There's an art to it. But it's also a lot of science.
Because we like to experiment, many of the beers we have on tap change regularly.
In addition to some of the best (and most interesting) craft beers in Southwest Michigan,
we have Michigan wine and cider on tap, as well!
So if craft beer isn't your thing, no worries!
Our ever-evolving taproom menu now has something for you too.

Amburana Cab Sauv
Semi-Dry Red Wine

Our first foray into fermenting red wine, our Cab Sauv uses California Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that are fermented in steel barrels and aged on French Oak chips and Brazilian Amburana wood spirals right in the brewery. The result is a semi-dry wine with strong black cherry and wildberry notes, hints of autumn baking spices, and a moderate oak character.

Vidal Blanc
Dry Michigan White Wine

$8 - 6oz
--
From our friends at Heronmark Cellars in Allegan, Michigan, Vidal Blanc is a dry white wine fermented for several days with the grape skins before being pressed and finishing fermentation. The result is a medium-bodied dry white wine that tastes of lemon and apple with a crisp, mineral finish.
