Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the earth.
- Henry David Thoreau, Walden
Making beer is a craft. There's an art to it. But it's also a lot of science.
Because we like to experiment, many of the beers we have on tap change regularly.
In addition to some of the best (and most interesting) craft beers in Southwest Michigan,
we have Michigan wine and cider on tap, as well!
So if craft beer isn't your thing, no worries!
Our ever-evolving taproom menu now has something for you too.

Mimosa Sour
Muscat Sour
ABV: 6.8%
IBU: 25
$6 - 13.5oz
$2.50 - 5oz
Mimosa Sour is a moderately-hopped beer-wine hybrid conditioned with 80 lbs of real orange purée and fermented with Muscat grape juice — the same juice used to make moscato.
While moscato is known for its sweetness, we ferment this beer dry to leave champagne-like notes from the grapes and a slightly tart, abundantly citrusy flavor profile.

Blanc Slate
Sauvignon Blanc IPA
ABV: 7.0%
IBU: 45
$7 - 13.5oz
$3- 5oz
Fermented with Sauvignon Blanc grape juice, Blanc Slate is a cross between a Juicy IPA and a crisp glass of white wine.
Bursting with tropical fruit aromas and flavors of mango, pineapple, and lime, this beer-wine hybrid is delightfully complex and satisfyingly hoppy with a refreshing but dry finish.

Dark Saison III
BBA Sour
ABV: 10.5%
IBU: 20
$7 - 8oz
$5 - 5oz
Fermented with Zinfandel grape juice and matured 16 months in a Green Door cider-bourbon barrel, this unique farmhouse ale has been conjured out to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. Flavors of date syrup, plum, dried fig and sour cherry all mingle with mellow oak barrel and wild fermentation character.

Twin Pines
American IPA
ABV: 6.8%
IBU: 65
$6 - 16oz
$2.50 - 5oz
Brewed with 100% Michigan-grown ingredients, including a healthy dose of Centennial and Crystal hops, this American IPA is crisp and bitter with flavors of resinous pine, citrus juice, and a hint of pineapple. Northern Michigan-grown barley adds just a touch of sweetness to contrast the hops, creating a well-balanced IPA that is 100% Pure Michigan.

Newfound Brown
Oat Brown Ale
ABV: 5.5%
IBU: 30
$6 - 16oz
$2.50- 5oz
Newfound Brown — named for our Brand Ambassador, Henry the Newfoundland — is brewed with toasted oats, traditional English brown malt, and other heavily caramelized malts. These combine to lend depth and character, a slight sweetness, and a smooth, creamy body to this brew, making it perfect to cozy up with on rainy or snowy nights.
