Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the earth.
- Henry David Thoreau, Walden
Making beer is a craft. There's an art to it. But it's also a lot of science.
Because we like to experiment, many of the beers we have on tap change regularly.
In addition to some of the best (and most interesting) craft beers in Southwest Michigan,
we have Michigan wine and cider on tap, as well!
So if craft beer isn't your thing, no worries!
Our ever-evolving taproom menu now has something for you too.

Happy Hour Specials
Wednesday & Thursday: $1 off full-size pours from 4pm – 6pm

Two Many Pines
Spruce IPA
ABV: 7.5%
IBU: 65
$8 - 13oz
$3.50 - 5oz
Brewed with locally-foraged Spruce tips and aged with Spanish Cedar, Two Many Pines has, well, two more pines than its sibling beer. This passion project has paid off — flavors of gin-like botanical spice, bitter citrus, inviting cedar, and lingering, resinous pine sap characterize this one of a kind meditation in a glass.

Bowie's Half-Baked
Peanut Butter Brown Ale
ABV: 6.2%
IBU: 25
$7 - 16oz
$3 - 5oz
Named after our other favorite MSU co-op house, David Bowie Memorial Co-op (named ironically before his transcendence), this robust brown ale is brewed with toasted oats and celebrates the house’s love of baking/getting baked with a dollop of peanut butter.
* Nut allergen-free!

Phoenix Haus Ail
BA Brett IPA
ABV: 8.4%
IBU: 74.20
$8 - 8oz
$5 - 5oz
Named after Phoenix Haus, an infamous 29-person co-op house at MSU where brewer/founder Ted lived and homebrewed for 3 semesters. Like the house, this Brett-fermented IPA is funky, dank, and oak-aged. Even more fitting, it's part of our Twin Pines series (it's a co-op thing).

So Kozy
Chocolate Orange Stout
ABV: 8.0 %
IBU: 20
$7 - 13oz
$3 - 5oz
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at One Well Brewing and inspired by Sarkozy Bakery's chocolate orange croissant, this strong stout is brewed with real orange peel and cocoa to match.

Vidal Blanc
Dry Michigan White Wine
ABV: 12%
--
$8 - 6oz
--
From our friends at Heronmark Cellars in Allegan, Michigan, Vidal Blanc is a dry white wine fermented for several days with the grape skins before being pressed and finishing fermentation. The result is a medium-bodied dry white wine that tastes of lemon and apple with a crisp, mineral finish.
