Stout Like Me is a silky smooth Oatmeal Stout with prominent flavors of roast coffee, a hint of caramel and a milk chocolate finish. Rich but not too heavy at 5.8% ABV, it may become your go-to autumn sipper

Northern Michigan-grown barley adds just a touch of sweetness to contrast the hops, creating a well-balanced IPA that is 100% Pure Michigan.

Flavors of date syrup, plum, dried fig and sour cherry all mingle with mellow oak barrel and wild fermentation character.

Our first foray into fermenting red wine, our Cab Sauv uses California Cabernet Sauvignon grapes that are fermented in steel barrels and aged on French Oak chips right in the brewery. The result is a semi-dry wine with strong black cherry and wildberry notes and a moderate oak character.

From our friends at Heronmark Cellars in Allegan, Michigan, Vidal Blanc is a dry white wine fermented for several days with the grape skins before being pressed and finishing fermentation. The result is a medium-bodied dry white wine that tastes of lemon and apple with a crisp, mineral finish.
