Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the earth.
- Henry David Thoreau, Walden
Making beer is a craft. There's an art to it. But it's also a lot of science.
Because we like to experiment, many of the beers we have on tap change regularly.
In addition to some of the best (and most interesting) craft beers in Southwest Michigan,
we have Michigan wine and cider on tap, as well!
So if craft beer isn't your thing, no worries!
Our ever-evolving taproom menu now has something for you too.

Get into the Yorkshire State of Mind with this classic English-style ESB.
We chose this oft overlooked historic style to brew in collaboration with KVCC's brewing program because it was a good learning opportunity and, well, we just love the style.
Biscuit, honey, and caramel malt character blends with citrusy and floral hops. What's there to be bitter about?

Vidal Blanc
Dry Michigan White Wine
ABV: 12%
--
$8 - 6oz
--
From our friends at Heronmark Cellars in Allegan, Michigan, Vidal Blanc is a dry white wine fermented for several days with the grape skins before being pressed and finishing fermentation. The result is a medium-bodied dry white wine that tastes of lemon and apple with a crisp, mineral finish.
